TETRiS 4D 是BPS在Dreamcast上推出的《TETRiS》（又稱俄羅斯方塊）遊戲，遊戲設單人遊戲和最多4人同時進行對戰的BATTLE MODE，單人遊戲模式方面，設有三種難度，亦可以自由選擇BGM，在遊戲畫面方面，方塊呈現得更立體，可以再不平面，用色方面則比較暗談，不像以往般鮮明。玩法不變，只要填滿一行就可以令其消失。
